Our Facility
Our purpose-built heat treatment facility includes continuous mesh belt furnaces for high-volume carburising and carbonitriding, sealed quench furnaces for controlled atmosphere hardening and tempering, air circulating furnaces for aluminium solution treatment and annealing, and quench tanks with temperature-controlled water and polymer solutions.
Quality Control
All processes are monitored and controlled by computerised systems that record and log temperature, time and atmosphere data. This provides full traceability for every job processed through our facility.
